Holders of ordinary passports issued by certain countries may be eligible for e-visa if they have a valid Schengen USA or UK visa or residence permit. Please kindly check the e-visa criteria on the www.evisa.gov.tr for eligibility. E-visa applicants are responsible to meet the requirements before the application since the e-visa fee is non refundable. The ineligible applicants for e-visa can make an online "pre-application” on www.visa.gov.tr and make an appointment at the Consulate.

All applicants are required to attend in-person for visa interview.

Please find the necessary documents below for visa application and bring a set of hard copy for the interview.

• Original passport
• The documentation of the stay in Canada (Refugee document, Work permit etc.)
• Flight reservation
• Hotel reservation
• Travel insurance covering the travel dates
• Original employment letter or student certificate
• Bank statement for the last six months with the current balance
• Invitation letter from Türkiye (if any)
• A biometric passport size photo per applicant
• 87 CAD single entry or 260 CAD multiple entry visa fee per application payable in cash
• Prepaid envelope
• If there is any dependent applicant please add him/her in the application with the necessary documentation

Theprocessing times is not shorter than two weeks, please kindly make sure that application is made in timely fashion.
